Day Three

 

 

Breakfast

 

 

Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water
5 regular saltine crackers
1 oz.(slice) cheddar cheese
1 apple

 

 

Lunch

 

 

1 hard boiled egg
1 slice toast
Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water

 

 

Dinner

 

 

1 cup tuna
1 cup carrots
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup melon
1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream
Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water

 

 

早餐飲2杯水,1杯咖啡,我將早餐的apple留到中午lunch才吃
中午也飲2杯水,1杯咖啡
運動: 15 mins osim igallop, 水1杯
晚餐:沒吃vanilla ice cream,水1杯
運動: 30 mins runner (220 calories), 15 mins osim igallop, 10 mins 呼拉圈, 水1杯
now : 55.6kgs
