今早忘了磅重.....
早餐如上, 蛋是烚蛋,喝black coffee2杯, Lunch的cracker 只吃了4塊, cottage cheese冇食哂, coffee 2 cups........4點多吃多塊cracker+少許tuna......
運動: 15mins 呼拉圈+15 mins osim igallop, 水1杯
Dinner 前再喝水3杯
晚: 40 mins runners (280 calories)
其實晚餐都夠飽,午餐就差d,好難頂至吃晚餐,所以唯有飲多d水.....
now 56.3kgs, 好似唔係好見效喎........
