,今次試的餐單有少許出入,而且配合運動,希望成功減2-3kgs.......

早上未吃早餐前喝1杯水,早餐+午餐共飲了3杯半black coffee, 1杯水
晚餐的lean meat 我吃ham, apple沒有吃和只飲水, 都夠飽
下午運動: 20mins runner (200 calories),跟programme跑, 飲水1杯
晚上: 30 mins runner (都係200 calories,因 慢跑), 70下ab-shaper sit up, 15 mins osim igallop, 10 mins 呼拉圈, 飲水2杯
現在56.7kgs, 早D睡,免得等陣肚餓忍不了!!
