dinner : 牛肉炒白菜, 蒜蓉豆豉排骨, 白飯1碗, 卡樂b薯片半包,紫菜10塊, plum 1個 + white wines 3 glasses
晚: another 10 mins runner and 10 mins igallop
唔記得磅重, 但今朝56.5kgs
